Katy's house is graceful and fun with lots of thoughtful design touches and very clear instructions for everything. Short ride by LA standards to Topanga State Park for awesome hikes, and also all the Malibu beaches. The AC was cool and the beds were comfy, parking was easy, check in was flawless and we did lots of laundry easily. Everything was stocked really nicely too. Great place to relax, cool off, and even cook - though we mostly grabbed meals from all the places nearby.

We enjoyed the home and it was just as advertised. We were out most of the day visiting amusement parks and after walking for long hours, it gave us great comfort to know that we had a nice clean home with comfortable beds awaiting.
